I have been physically active since kindergarten when my mother took me to dancing school. I practiced at Laine Mägi Dance School for 12 years, and thanks to the school I acquired discipline and learned to use my willpower. I have performed at numerous events both in Estonia and abroad, which gave me tremendous experience and courage. The latter also drove me to become a trainer. While studying to become a health promotion specialist at Tallinn University, I chose to focus most on subjects teaching bodily functions. I have attended a number of additional nutrition and exercise courses by specialists in the field, such as Kristjan Port, Tagli Pitsi, Annely Soots and others. I think it is important to take care of your physical body and to move, because our entire life is constantly in motion.
