The general health test package is designed for preventive health checks and is suitable for individuals experiencing non-specific health concerns such as fatigue, lack of energy and general malaise.

The general health test package helps identify whether there is a reason to be concerned about any hidden health problems. It provides an initial overview of the current health status and helps assess common health risks such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes risk, the presence of inflammatory processes in the body, liver cell condition, hyper- and hypothyroidism, as well as deficiencies in certain essential nutrients.

The general health test package includes the following analyses:

• Height, weight and blood pressure measurements
• Complete blood count with five-part differential leukocyte (white blood cell) count
• C-reactive protein (high-sensitivity)
• Blood sugar
• Alanine aminotransferase (ALT)
• Creatinine
• eGFR
• Thyroid-stimulating hormone or TSH
• Cholesterol
• LDL-cholesterol
• Triglycerides
• Vitamin D (25-OH)
• Uric acid

On the day before blood sampling, you can eat and drink as usual, but the consumption of alcohol, coffee and fatty foods should be limited. Do not eat or drink 10 to 14 hours before giving a blood sample. If necessary, you can drink one glass of clean, unflavoured, non-carbonated water during this time.
