Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an examination method that uses a strong magnetic field and radio waves to obtain two-dimensional and three-dimensional images of various body parts and organs. MRI examinations do not use X-rays. The examination is painless and easy to tolerate.

  • Magnetic resonance imaging is only performed with a doctor’s referral. We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Please be sure to read the contraindications before the examination.
  • Proper patient preparation is essential for a successful MRI scan.
  • Confido does not perform MRI examinations of the breasts, fingers, heart or penis.
