Chemical peels

Brightening light exfoliation treatment is based on sugar cane acid and milk sugar acid, which has a soothing, revitalising and anti-ageing effect.

Light sugar cane acid peeling removes damaged skin layers to a controlled depth and stimulates the reproduction of new, healthier cells as well as the production of water-binding substances in the skin. The treatment soothes, evens out the skin tone and restores the skin’s youthful glow. The skin will be deeply moisturised again.

Sugar cane acid is a very strong antioxidant that protects the skin from premature ageing by neutralising free radicals. Clinical studies have proven that the characteristic of the product is to increase the skin’s protection against UV rays by up to 50%. Sugar cane acid, or gluconolactone, has the added benefit of being mildly antibacterial and providing relief in the treatment of acne and rosacea.

We recommend acid peeling:

• if the skin is dry, thin and sensitive;
• if the skin is affected by photoaging, wrinkles have appeared;
• in the case of acne, couperose, rosacea;
• for the treatment of hyperkeratosis, melasma;
• before and after beauty injections (two weeks must have passed since the injection).

Acid peeling cannot be performed if the following conditions are present:

• viral infections, also herpes in active phase
• inflammatory skin diseases
• injured skin surface
• intolerance of products used for the procedure

A light peeling with sugar cane acid is suitable for everyone – younger and older skin, while pregnacy, also ideal skin care for men. An excellent procedure for summer skin hydration – strongly antioxidant but superficially exfoliating acid products do not make the skin more sensitive to UV radiation.

On the day of the procedure, it is not recommended to go to the sauna, participate in active sports or drink alcohol. Avoid sunbathing for the next three to four days.
