Occupational health is essential for all companies as it ensures employees’ wellbeing, health and safety at the workplace, keeps the business running smoothly and increases team efficiency.
The aim of the health check-up is to prevent health issues arising from any work processes and maintain and restore employees’ health and quality of life throughout their working life.
During the check-up, the potential impact of the company’s working environment on the employee’s health as well as the suitability of their tasks and working environment are assessed. If necessary, the occupational health doctor can make suggestions or recommendations to the employer for improving their working environment and organisation to minimise risks to employee health. Employees will be instructed on using self-management techniques and maintaining their capacity for work.
The content of the health check-up is determined on the basis of a risk analysis of the working environment.
The health check-ups are carried out at our Tallinn (Veerenni 53a, 4th floor) and Tartu (Raatuse 21, 6th floor) clinics (see the location on the map). By agreement with the Health Board, it is also possible to conduct the check-up on-site at the company.
