Dr Leonhard Kukk is a highly experienced urologist. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tartu in 1982, completed his residency in urology and has furthered his education every year in Estonia as well as through international professional conferences and seminars. He has worked as a urologist in university hospitals in Oulu, Lund, Göteborg, Malmö, Örebro and Leuven as well as in the Moabit Clinic in Western Berlin. In his work, Dr Kukk primarily focuses on urology-related oncological illnesses and surgery as well as the treatment of urinary stone disease. He actively takes part in the work of professional urology and oncology associations and helps organise several professional conferences and training events. He also trains young colleagues. Dr Kukk was awarded the 2nd class of the Order of the Estonian Red Cross in 2018.

My goal is to work with the patient to achieve the best treatment result for them and improve their quality of life. My main specialist areas include oncological-urological diseases, urinary stone disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia, incontinence in men and women and the surgical treatment of urogenital fistulas
