A heart health check-up examines risk factors for cardiovascular diseases and provides a personalised recommended action plan to prevent heart disease.
We recommend a heart disease risk assessment for individuals who have one or more of the risk factors listed below or who simply wish to check the condition of their heart. At Confido, experienced cardiologists assess heart disease risks.

What does the package consist of?
Analysing 13 key indicators in the blood, including haemoglobin and cholesterol, allows for an assessment of general health and disease risk, such as heart health, kidney and liver function, thyroid and other organ function. You must not eat or drink anything (except plain water) from the evening before the blood test.
Blood tests include: Potassium, Haemogram, Creatinine, Cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, ALAT Alanine aminotransferase, ASAT Aspartate aminotransferase, Sodium, HbA1c Glycohaemoglobin, TSH Thyrotropin, Vitamin D (25-OH), Uric acid.
At the nurse’s appointment, anthropometric measurements are taken (e.g. weight, height and body mass index) and a blood test is taken. During the appointment, you can make special requests for examining your health and ask for advice about Confido’s services.
This examination provides an overview of your blood pressure values over a 24-hour period. A cuff is placed around your upper arm and connected to a small device that measures and records your blood pressure every 30 minutes during the day and every hour at night.
This examination monitors heart activity, blood pressure changes during exercise, and the speed of recovery afterwards. It assesses the body’s exercise tolerance, cardiac function, and overall muscular performance.
During the consultation, you will receive a summary of your heart examination results and recommendations on how to improve your physical activity and lifestyle to prevent cardiovascular diseases. If a more serious heart disease is suspected, we will refer you for further tests.
This package and the services included are valid for 12 months from the date of the first booking. Payments for unfinished packages are non-refundable and services cannot be exchanged.
