Aesthetic clinic nurses perform injection procedures under the supervision of a doctor.
Redermalization is an injectable procedure aimed at improving skin hydration, elasticity, and overall skin quality, while helping to even out skin tone. The procedure may help reduce fine lines, pigmentation irregularities, dullness, and superficial signs of inflammation.
The Xela Rederm products used in the procedure contain hyaluronic acid and succinic acid. Hyaluronic acid helps hydrate the skin and improve its freshness and smoothness. Succinic acid is involved in skin metabolic processes and supports collagen and elastin synthesis, microcirculation, and lymphatic drainage. As a result, the procedure may also help reduce puffiness and the appearance of dark circles under the eyes.
Results develop gradually, and their extent and timing vary from person to person. Redermalization can also be combined with chemical peels, laser treatments, and IPL photorejuvenation procedures. The appropriate number of procedures, treatment intervals, and combination with other treatments are determined individually by the specialist based on the condition of the skin and the desired goals.
- Active inflammations, infections, including herpes
- Chronic skin conditions in the treatment area

- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (at least 1 month must have passed since the end of breastfeeding)
- Allergy or hypersensitivity to active ingredients – e.g. hyaluronic acid or succinic acid
- The procedure is not performed during antibiotic treatment (at least 2 weeks must have passed since the end of the treatment)
Contraindications may be relative, and the final decision regarding the procedure is made by the specialist during a personal consultation and examination before treatment.
- There must be a gap of at least two weeks after vaccination.
- Alcohol should not be consumed for at least one day before the procedure.
- If you are taking medications, please inform us of them before coming for the procedure. We recommend that you do not take blood-thinning medications for at least one week before the procedure (including aspirin, Hjertemagnyl). In addition, we recommend that you do not take supplements containing fish oil and vitamin E for the entire week prior to the injection.
- You should eat a small meal prior to the injection procedure so that you can avoid dizziness and faintness as a result of low blood sugar or psychological fear.
- There may be some redness, papules, slight bruising, sensitive skin, numbness or swelling after the injection procedure. Papules can remain on the skin for up to three days. You can use an ice pack on the injection site, if necessary. In order to alleviate bruises, use a gel that contains arnica or take a painkiller.
- Makeup products should not be used for at least 12 hours after the injection procedure.
- Do not touch the injected area for a few hours to avoid infection.
- Avoid massages and other procedures in the injection area for at least two weeks.
- Alcohol should not be consumed for at least one day after the procedure.
- Do not perform any intense exercise for at least one week after the injection, as it is conducive to the generation of new haematomas and swelling.
- Saunas and hot baths should be avoided for at least two weeks.
- Sunbathing should be avoided for at least two weeks.
- There must be a gap of at least two weeks after vaccination.
