Jekaterina Tšernitskaja graduated from Tallinn Health Care College as a nurse in 2016. She has previously worked at the North Estonia Medical Centre Neurology Centre as a nursing assistant and a nurse, then as a nurse in the Centre of Intensive Care in the Anaesthesiology Clinic. She has been at Confido since 2019.
I like working as a nurse as it is a multifaceted job and I get to work with many different people. Related to my earlier experience working in an intensive care unit, I also like working in critical situations. You have to act fast and find the right solutions. A critical situation is an opportunity to put your skills to the test and save human lives. I work as a nurse and want to become even better as a team member and a specialist in my field. Due to the constant and fast developments in medicine, I want to constantly develop myself and reach a high level so that I can increase the quality of the healthcare system and its services.
