Biomodelling Profhilo

Aesthetic clinic nurses perform injection procedures under the supervision of a doctor.
Biomodeling is a hyaluronic acid-based procedure designed for deep skin hydration, rejuvenation, and firming. The Profhilo product used for the procedure contains both high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, which distributes evenly within the tissues and supports the skin’s natural physiological processes. The product stimulates the production of collagen and elastin in the tissues, thereby improving overall skin quality.
The procedure is indicated for changes in skin quality associated with aging or environmental factors, including:
- decreased skin elasticity
- dryness and dehydration
- fine lines
- overall reduction in skin tone
The procedure is most commonly performed in the facial area but may also be applied to the neck, décolletage, hands, or other areas based on clinical assessment. Administration is performed via a limited number of injection points (typically 5 points per side of the face).
The standard treatment protocol consists of 2 procedures performed approximately 4 weeks apart. Further maintenance depends on individual patient needs.
We recommend consulting with the specialist before the procedure regarding the suitability of the procedure, the possible results and the possibility of combining treatments.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active infections or viral illnesses, including herpes
- Inflammatory skin diseases
- Oncological or autoimmune diseases
- Hyaluronic acid or lidocaine intolerance
- Bleeding disorders and anticoagulant therapy
- Tendency to form keloid scars
- Sunburn
- Recent surgical procedures in the treatment area
- Redness, minor bruising, tenderness, numbness, or swelling may occur;
- Avoid makeup for at least 12 hours post-injection;
- Do not touch the treated area for several hours to minimize infection risk;
- Avoid massages and other treatments in the injection area for at least 2 weeks;
- Refrain from alcohol for at least 24 hours after the procedure;
- Avoid intense exercise for a few days to reduce the risk of swelling or bruising;
- Avoid saunas and hot baths for at least 2 weeks;
- Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks;
- Use sunscreen (SPF50) for at least 2 weeks;
- Keep a 2-week interval between this and other aesthetic procedures or vaccinations.
Both products are based on NAHYCO® technology hyaluronic acid (Profhilo contains 64 mg/2 ml, Profhilo Structura contains 80 mg/2 ml of higher viscosity hyaluronic acid), but work at different depths and for different purposes.
Profhilo improves surface hydration and smooths fine lines, while Structura targets deeper tissue structures, supporting facial shape and structural harmony.
