Beauty injections

Our beauty injection services include a wide range of evidence-based injection procedures aimed at reducing wrinkles, improving skin quality and muscle tone and correcting the contours of the face. We use modern techniques to support skin elasticity, even out its texture and achieve natural-looking results. All procedures are performed by experienced specialists, taking individual needs and safety into account.

We recommend starting with a consultation to get a personalised assessment of your skin condition, clarify expectations and select the most suitable methods to achieve the best possible outcome.

Aesthetic clinic nurses perform injection procedures under the supervision of a doctor.

Plasma therapy is an injectable procedure used for skin rejuvenation and improving skin quality. In addition to preventing skin aging, plasma therapy is used to stimulate hair growth and often in scar treatment. The plasma used for the procedure is prepared by centrifuging the client’s own blood. As the injected material does not contain additives or foreign material, it is considered one the most natural and body-compatible methods of skin rejuvenation.

In modern aesthetic medicine, plasma therapy is often combined with microneedling to support the natural regenerative processes of the skin and scalp. Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which activate collagen synthesis and tissue renewal, while also enhancing deeper and more uniform absorption of plasma. This combination may potentiate the effects of growth factors and provide more effective results compared to standalone procedures.

How does plasma therapy work?

The plasmalifting technique is based on the action of growth factors contained in platelets, which stimulate skin renewal, rejuvenation, and regeneration, as well as promote wound healing. For the procedure, a small amount of the patient’s blood (approximately 15–30 ml) is collected, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is separated using centrifugation. The plasma is then injected into targeted areas using injection techniques, where it stimulates skin regeneration. When combined with microneedling, the procedure begins with microneedling, followed by the delivery of plasma into the deeper layers of the skin.

At the injection site, plasma stimulates metabolic activity and blood circulation, enriches the skin with oxygen, and accelerates cell division. This leads to increased production of collagen and elastin, resulting in skin rejuvenation, wrinkle reduction, improved elasticity, and enhanced skin tone.

In the scalp area, growth factors present in the plasma activate hair follicles. The procedure promotes hair growth, strengthens existing hair, and reduces hair loss. For faster, more intensive, and longer-lasting stimulation of hair growth, particularly in cases of androgenetic alopecia or diffuse hair loss, plasma injections are combined with microneedling.

When to use plasma therapy?

Long-term clinical studies show the effectiveness of plasma lifting in treating the following problems:

  • tired and dull skin
  • dry skin
  • superficial wrinkles, loss of skin elasticity
  • uneven complexion
  • acne
  • hair loss
  • correction of facial contours
  • scar treatment
  • skin restoration after chemical peels and laser procedures
What are the contraindications?
  • Active inflammations, infections, including herpes
  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Blood disorders
  • Oncological diseases
  • Liver diseases
  • Keloid scars
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • The procedure is not performed during antibiotic treatment (at least 2 weeks must have passed since the end of the treatment)

Contraindications may be relative and the final decision about the procedure is made by the specialist during the personal examination and consultation before the procedure.

How to prepare for the procedure?
  • Avoid sunbathing for at least two weeks before the procedure (you cannot have a sunburn).
  • Avoid using self-tanning creams for two weeks before and after the procedure.
  • At least two weeks must have passed since any vaccinations.
  • If you are taking medications, please inform us of them before coming for the procedure. We recommend that you do not take blood-thinning medications for at least one week before the procedure (including Aspirin and Hjertemagnyl). In addition, we recommend that you do not take supplements containing fish oil and vitamin E for the entire week prior to the injection.
  • For a few days before the procedure, avoid heavily seasoned and fatty foods to get the highest quality plasma for the best results.
  • Alcohol should not be consumed for at least one day before the procedure.
  • Please come to the scalp plasma therapy with clean hair, if possible;
  • The procedure is not performed on individuals under 18 years of age without the consent of a parent or guardian.
What to consider after the procedure?
  • Bruises and redness might arise in the injection area.
  • Swelling may occur in the injection area, which will improve within three to four days.
  • Make-up products should not be used for at least 12 hours after the procedure.
  • Do not wash your hair until the day after the procedure.
  • Do not touch or massage the injection area for at least a couple of hours after the procedure.
  • Alcohol should not be consumed for at least one day after the procedure.
  • You should not take part in any physically demanding exercise for at least one week after the injection.
  • Saunas and hot baths should be avoided for at least two weeks.
  • Avoid sunbathing and self-tanning creams for two weeks.
  • Protect skin from UV radiation with a sunscreen (SPF50) for at least 2 weeks.
  • At least two weeks must have passed since any vaccinations.

Results can usually be seen after the first plasma therapy procedure in about two to four weeks, depending on the skin’s characteristics. A few months after the procedure, improvement of the skin’s quality and tightening will be noticeable. For the best results, it is usually recommended to undergo a course consisting of three to four sessions with two to four week intervals. Results can last up to 12 months.

We perform plasma therapy using both PRP and iPRF methods. We recommend that you consult a specialist on the suitability of the procedure.

What is the difference between PRP and iPRF, and when should each be preferred?

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and iPRF (Injectable Platelet-Rich Fibrin) are both biological rejuvenation methods that use the patient’s own blood to stimulate skin regeneration and hair growth.

PRP contains platelets that release growth factors, helping to rejuvenate the skin. It also stimulates hair growth by activating hair follicles and improving microcirculation in the scalp. It is suitable for those seeking fast results and a revitalizing effect — for example, to enhance skin glow and texture or to promote hair growth.

iPRF is an advanced version of PRP. In addition to platelets, it also contains white blood cells and natural fibrin. It works more deeply and for a longer duration, giving the skin a gentle volumizing effect. This makes it especially suitable for areas with sagging or volume loss. In hair treatments, iPRF is increasingly used as it extends the active growth phase of hair follicles and supports new hair formation through the sustained release of growth factors.

While PRP delivers quicker effects, iPRF tends to have a more long-lasting impact. Both methods are effective, safe, and can be combined with other aesthetic procedures to enhance results and accelerate healing.
