Radiesse hybrid biostimulation is an innovative, science-based injection technique in which, instead of using a single product, two are combined: the effective Radiesse® collagen stimulator and Belotero® hyaluronic acid products. This hybrid approach makes it possible to achieve both a biostimulatory effect and a volumizing or hydrating effect in the skin at the same time, providing a natural, harmonious, and long-lasting result.

The combination delivers a dual effect in one procedure, allowing two mechanisms of action to complement each other:

• Radiesse® (CaHA): a calcium hydroxylapatite-based collagen stimulator that activates the skin’s natural regenerative processes and improves elasticity and firmness.
• Belotero® hyaluronic acid (HA): an effective hydrating agent or dermal filler that smooths the skin, improves hydration, and restores tissue volume.

Radiesse combined with Belotero dermal filler is suitable for restoring volume and enhancing facial contour definition. Volume is provided by the hyaluronic acid product, while Radiesse stimulates collagen and elastin production.

Radiesse combined with Belotero Revive biorevitalization product is suitable for improving skin hydration, density, and texture. The result is fresher, smoother, and firmer-looking skin.

The synergy of the products ensures an even and natural-looking outcome that preserves the individual characteristics of the face and does not create an overfilled appearance. Collagen stimulation continues over weeks and months, which is why the effect is longer-lasting compared to classic dermal fillers or biorevitalization products. The result is natural, gradually improving over time, and lasts significantly longer than standard filler injections.

We use the Radiesse mixing technique to improve skin quality, restore facial contours, and strengthen tissues without excessive volume or an unnatural effect. The most common treatment areas include the lower third of the face and jawline, cheeks and temple area, neck, and the backs of the hands.

The suitability of the procedure, as well as the product combination and injection technique, are selected individually based on the patient’s skin condition and treatment goals during a pre-procedure consultation.

What are the contraindications?

• Active inflammation or infection, including herpes
• Chronic skin diseases in the treatment area
• Autoimmune diseases
• Oncological diseases
• Tendency to form keloid scars
• Blood coagulation disorders
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding (at least 1 month must have passed since the end of breastfeeding)
• Allergy or hypersensitivity to the active ingredients (to be уточified/confirmed with the specialist)
• The procedure is not performed during antibiotic therapy (at least 2 weeks must have passed since completion of treatment)

Contraindications may be relative, and the final decision regarding suitability for treatment is made by the specialist during an in-person examination and consultation prior to the procedure.

What to consider after the procedure?

• After injections, redness, bruising, swelling, skin sensitivity, or numbness may occur.
• Avoid massage and applying pressure to the injection sites for 12–24 hours after the procedure.
• Do not use makeup products for at least 12 hours after the injection procedure.
• Do not touch the treated area for several hours to reduce the risk of infection.
• Avoid other procedures in the injection area for at least 2 weeks.
• Alcohol consumption is not recommended for at least 1 day after the procedure.
• Intense physical exercise is not recommended for a few days after injections (risk of new bruising and swelling).
• Avoid sauna and hot baths for 1 week.
• Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks, including tanning beds.
• There must be at least a 2-week interval between the procedure and vaccinations.
