Massage during pregnancy
Look for appointment timesPregnancy massage is based on Thai massage techniques and is adapted to the needs of expectant mothers. Conscious preparation during pregnancy ensures better well-being and faster recovery after childbirth. For the mother-to-be, massage is pleasant, beneficial, and highly recommended.
The massage is performed on a mat using special supports that help create comfortable positions for the pregnant woman. It is painless and safe, and helps to relieve physical and emotional discomforts associated with pregnancy: back and sciatic nerve pain, headaches and muscle pain, as well as pregnancy-related swelling in the legs. Massage also promotes better sleep, reduces anxiety, stress, and mood swings.
