Pilates
Pilates is a calm yet effective workout that focuses on proper breathing, movement precision, and mindful execution. The exercises activate the entire body, paying special attention to deep core muscles and balanced trunk engagement. Pilates helps strengthen and tone the muscles, improve flexibility, and build endurance, while also providing support and stability for everyday activities.
A variety of tools are used during training to deepen body awareness and support exercise performance.
Training goals:
- Development of physical fitness (strength, flexibility, coordination, speed, endurance, and agility).
- Enhancement of body awareness.
- Correct muscle activation.
- Posture and body alignment correction.
- Stimulation of optimal internal organ function.
- Improvement of balance.
Who is it for?
Pilates is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Important information:
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring water.
