Mobility Training

Mobility Training is a versatile bodyweight workout that focuses on developing the body’s natural movement abilities. 

Exercises are performed in different positions and include smooth movements, dynamic stretches, and coordination-enhancing elements. The goal of the training is to build strength while improving overall mobility, flexibility, and balance. 

Training goals: 

  • Increasing joint mobility. Regular exercises that develop range of motion help prevent muscle tension and joint stiffness, which may limit daily activities or cause injuries. 
  • Developing muscle elasticity and endurance through dynamic stretches to support body awareness needed in both sports and daily movements. 
  • Improving balance and coordination. Performing exercises smoothly teaches the body to maintain stability in different positions, enhancing precision and control of movements. 
  • Supporting the cooperation of the nervous system and muscles, making movement more energy-efficient and natural. 

Who is it for?


Mobility training is suitable for both beginners and experienced enthusiasts. It can be adjusted according to individual physical abilities and goals. 

Important information: 

  • Bring comfortable workout clothes, shoes, and water. 
  • Changing rooms and shower facilities are available on-site. 

Training takes place on Tuesdays from 16:30 to 17:30
