Therapeutic Massage
Look for appointment timesTherapeutic massage is a health-supporting and restorative type of massage that focuses on problematic areas of the body. During therapy, which is tailored to the client’s personal health condition and needs, the most suitable massage technique is chosen in cooperation between the client and the therapist. Depending on the situation, a combination of different massage types may be used: classical massage, lymphatic massage, cupping massage, trigger point therapy, and others.

Therapeutic massage is usually painless and performed on a massage table using oil, cream, or sometimes without any aids. After the session, temporary reactions may occur, such as drowsiness, dizziness, sweating, hot or cold flashes, and emotional sensitivity. To support recovery, it is recommended to drink plenty of water to promote the elimination of toxins.
For best results, we recommend a course of 5–10 sessions. The service is provided by qualified massage therapists.
