Weight loss with medication

Weight loss with medication is suitable for people who are struggling with overweight or obesity (body mass index (BMI) over 25) and for whom weight loss with the support of medication may be appropriate based on a doctor’s assessment.

At Confido, you can choose between two options:

Weight management consultation, which includes blood tests, a doctor’s appointment, and, depending on the doctor’s decision, the first dose of medication and instructions for injection (including a prescription).
Weight loss package (3 months) – a more comprehensive program for those who are looking for longer-term support. The package combines blood tests, a doctor’s appointment, treatment if necessary, medical supervision, and counselling on diet and exercise to support sustainable weight loss.

Overview of Weight management consultation

First, blood tests and measurements are taken. A doctor’s consultation will then take place based on the results.

During the consultation, your health condition is assessed, blood test results are reviewed, and it is determined whether weigh -loss treatment with semaglutide is suitable and safe for you.

If the doctor confirms that there is sufficient need and indication for treatment, you will receive the first dose of the medication, along with instructions for injection and a prescription for subsequent doses.

Overview of Weight loss package (3 months)

Weight loss medication is a great weight loss aid, but maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise are also very important. Over the course of three months, the focus is on establishing lifestyle changes that help achieve lasting results, even if you at some point decide to discontinue the medication.

The three-month package includes everything that is part of the weight management consultation, plus:

doctor’s telephone consultations in the 2nd and 3rd months
nutritional counselling 2× a month (total 6×)
personal training 1× a month (total 3×)
individual meal plan and sample menu

The service is for adults aged 18 and up. If weight loss treatment is deemed unsuitable after the consultation, you will not receive a refund.

Weight management treatment is carried out using a medication containing semaglutide or tirzepatide.
In the case of tirzepatide, an additional fee of €100 will apply on top of the service price.

If you decide to continue with the three-month package after the weight management consultation, the cost of the consultation will be deducted from the package price.
