Look for appointment timesWeight loss with medication is suitable for individuals struggling with excess weight or obesity (body mass index, or BMI, over 25) and for whom, in the physician’s assessment, medical weight-loss treatment may be appropriate.
If the doctor confirms that treatment initiation is indicated, a prescription will be issued and a further treatment plan agreed upon. If weight-loss treatment is prescribed, monthly follow-up appointments with the doctor may be necessary during the first 3–6 months in order to monitor the patient’s health status and adjust the medication dosage if needed.

Options for starting and monitoring treatment
The video consultation is suitable for those who wish to begin weight-loss treatment without visiting the clinic in person. The service includes completing an online questionnaire, a remote consultation with a physician, and, based on the doctor’s decision, a prescription.
Before the appointment, patients are asked to complete a health questionnaire (link included in the booking confirmation email). During the consultation, the physician assesses the patient’s health status, body weight, and previous medical history to determine whether weight loss with medication is suitable and safe. If necessary, the doctor may refer the patient for additional analyses or examinations at an extra cost.
If the doctor confirms the initiation of treatment, a digital prescription will be issued and a further treatment plan agreed upon.
Includes blood tests, a doctor’s appointment, and, based on the physician’s decision, the first dose of medication and injection training (including prescription).
First, blood tests and measurements are performed, after which the patient attends a consultation with the physician. During the consultation, the doctor evaluates the patient’s health status, reviews the blood test results, and determines whether weight-loss medication is suitable and safe. If the doctor confirms that treatment is necessary and indicated, the first dose of medication will be provided and the patient will receive injection training.
If you decide to continue with the three-month Weight-Loss PLUS package after completing the Weight-Loss Treatment Package, the consultation fee will be deducted from the package price.
A more comprehensive programme for those seeking longer-term support. The PLUS package combines blood tests, physician consultations, treatment when necessary, medical supervision, nutrition counselling, and exercise coaching to support sustainable weight loss.
Over the course of three months, the programme focuses on implementing lifestyle changes that help achieve lasting results, even if the patient later decides to stop taking weight-loss medication.
The three-month Weight-Loss PLUS package includes everything in the Weight-Loss Treatment Package, plus:
- Telephone consultations with a doctor during the second and third months
- Nutrition counselling twice per month (six sessions in total)
- Personal training once per month (three sessions in total)
- Individual nutrition plan and sample menu
Please note: the three-month package is available only in Tallinn.

Please refrain from eating or drinking for 12 hours before the appointment (plain water is allowed).
Service Comparison
The service is for adults aged 18 and up. If weight loss treatment is deemed unsuitable after the consultation, you will not receive a refund.
Weight management treatment is carried out using a medication containing semaglutide or tirzepatide. In the case of tirzepatide, an additional fee of €100 will apply on top of the service price.
