Dr Aleksandra Rautio completed her residency in urology at the University of Tartu in 2023. In the same year, she also passed the European Board of Urology examination, confirming her professional expertise at an international level and earning her the FEBU (Fellow of the European Board of Urology) title.
Prostate cancer has become one of Dr Rautio’s particular areas of interest. She has contributed to the revival of the Estonian Prostate Cancer Patients’ Association and supports its activities as a member of the board.
Dr Rautio specialises in both oncological and general urology and is skilled in open, laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery.
