I am a clinical psychologist and have been trained in family therapy. I mainly offer individual psychotherapy and mental health evaluation for adults and family psychotherapy. I have experience working with families, including young children and teenagers, as well as therapy for couples and families without children. I also take a systematic approach to individual therapy – none of us lives in isolation from our environments; we are influenced by the people and relationships around us. By reaching a deeper understanding of our relationships through therapy and finding more happiness from them, our mental health in general improves, we have less stress and can find new solutions to our problems.
