Breast lift surgery, also known as mastopexy, is a surgical procedure aimed at improving and lifting sagging breasts. This procedure helps restore a more youthful appearance and shape to the breasts and may also correct breast asymmetry.

Breast sagging can occur for several reasons, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight loss, aging, or genetic factors. The initial recovery period is about one to two weeks, but complete healing can take several months.
