Liina Hürden is a mental health nurse with extensive experience working with patients with various mental disorders. She graduated from Tallinn Health Care College with a degree in nursing and Tartu Health Care College with a specialist degree in mental health nursing, and she holds a master’s degree in social work from Tallinn University. Liina Hürden has furthered her education in cognitive behavioral therapy, family psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and group work.
She has worked at the Psychiatry Clinic of the North Estonia Medical Center since 2001 and has actively contributed to the development of mental health nursing as a trainer and curriculum developer. Since 2021, Liina Hürden has been working as a mental health nurse at Confido.
Both patients with diagnosed mental disorders and first-time visitors are welcome to make an appointment to assess their mental health, support the treatment process, and prevent potential problems.
