Margus Laurik

Clinical psychologist-psychotherapist

Margus Laurik has graduated from the specialty of psychology at Tallinn University (2008) and earned a Master’s degree in counselling psychology (2010). Margus Laurik is a certified clinical psychologist. He highly values professional development, has completed a course in cognitive-behavioural therapy (2011–2013) and attends various professional seminars and training courses every year. In addition, he is a member of the Union of Estonian Psychologists, Estonian Association for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the Estonian Sexual Health Association. As a clinical psychologist, Margus Laurik provides psychological counselling and therapy to adolescents and adults and mainly uses the principles and techniques of cognitive-behavioural therapy. He is especially interested in anxiety disorders, problems of low self-esteem and post-traumatic disorders.
