Kärt Lust-Paal holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Tartu. After completing her master’s studies, Kärt completed a two-year training programme in cognitive behavioural therapy at the Estonian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy, and has since undergone in-depth training in mindfulness at the University of Oxford. Kärt holds a certificate as a clinical psychologist (level 7) and a EuroPsy certificate in clinical psychology. As a therapist, Kärt focuses on treating anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism and burnout-related conditions. Kärt also conducts mindfulness-based group therapies (MBCT-D and MBCT for Life).
