Dr Maarja Andresson graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Science and Technology with a degree in gene technology and the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine with a degree in biomedicine (with honours). She has been doing her residency at the University of Tartu in rheumatology since 2017. She is a member of the Estonian Society of Rheumatology and the Estonian Junior Doctors Association. Her medical fields of interest are joint issues, anaemia and diet.
