Confido Medical Centre does everything in its power to find a solution to any problems that may arise in the provision of services, but patients can always raise their concerns with the following authorities:

  • the Health Board with complaints related to the provision of healthcare services (e-mail address info@terviseamet.ee, telephone (+372) 794 3500, address Paldiski mnt 81, 10614 Tallinn);
  • the Health Insurance Fund in the case of healthcare services financed by the Health Insurance Fund (e-mail address info@tervisekassa.ee, telephone (+372) 669 6630, address Liivalaia tn 36, 10132 Tallinn).

If the complaint is related to the sale of health services or goods, the consumer has the right to submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority on the basis and in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Consumer Protection Act (https://ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon, e-mail address avaldus@komisjon.ee).
