Dr Andres Pille completed his specialty training in rheumatology in 1999. He is a member of the Estonian Society of Rheumatology and the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR). He regularly attends specialist courses and conferences to further develop his professional knowledge and skills.
Dr Pille has a particular interest in musculoskeletal ultrasound, shoulder disorders and other conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. He has passed EULAR’s basic musculoskeletal ultrasound examination.
He has also continued to develop his expertise by regularly attending Sonoanatomy courses held at the University of Barcelona. These courses are led by internationally recognised specialists in musculoskeletal ultrasound, including Professor Carlo Martinoli and his colleagues, Maribel Miguel, David Bong and Esperanza Naredo, among others.
