The Digital Clinic doctor can help with the following health concerns:

  • Acute illness (cold, respiratory and ear-nose-throat problems)
  • Allergy symptoms
  • Extension of prescriptions (rescriptions for sedatives, hypnotics, and narcotic painkillers are not extended at Digital Clinic, and we only dispense flu medicatio to individuals in risk groups), up to 3 prescriptions can be renewed during a single consultation
  • Issuing certificate of incapacity for work
  • Skin or eye problems
  • Digestive disorders or urinary problems
  • Acute or persistent pain
  • Sexual health
  • Previously diagnosed chronic diseases
  • Mental health concerns
  • If you are unsure whether you need to consult a specialist or don’t know which doctor can address your concerns

How to use the Digital Clinic?

  • Enter the Digital Clinic through Confido’s website on your mobile phone or computer. There is no need to download a separate application to use the Digital Clinic.
  • Authenticate yourself using an ID card, Mobile ID, Smart ID or document.
  • Select the reason for your consultation and fill in the questionnaire to help us find a faster solution to your health concern.
  • Pay for the consultation using online banking, credit card or Confido Health Solution.
  • You will then be redirected to the digital consultation room, where the doctor will respond within 15 minutes. For health concerns that arise outside working hours, you can book an appointment for the next morning. NB! The doctor will join the consultation no later than 15 minutes after the payment has been made.

NB!  A digital clinic appointment cannot be changed or cancelled, and money is not refunded. The consultation will focus on a single issue and will last for 10 minutes.

If you are calling from abroad, we suggest you choose a video call or online chat to avoid the operator’s fee being added to the price of the call. Choose a video call or online chat also if you have a foreign phone number.

Pay for the consultation via online banking or credit card

When booking an appointment online, you can pay for the service immediately via online banking or credit card payment.

Confido Health Solution

Confido Health Solution clients are reimbursed for Digital Clinic consultations. Please familiarise yourself with the deductible and insurance limits on the Health Solution self-service portal. To book a Digital Clinic consultation, log in and select Health Solution as the payment method.

Voluntary health insurance

This service may be reimbursed based on employer-provided health insurance. Please contact your insurance provider and review the terms and conditions.

If the Digital Clinic services are reimbursable, you can use the consultation invoice received at the email address you provided to file a claim.
