Darja Ryabova graduated from the Tallinn Health Care College with a degree in Nursing in 2021. She has a strong interest in promoting and improving people’s health. In her professional work, she participates in the diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases (including Holter monitoring setup), performs blood sampling, and carries out various treatment procedures.
Darja believes that daily investment in one’s health — through healthy eating, physical activity, maintaining emotional well-being, and timely visits to a doctor — is the foundation of a long and happy life.
