Unfortunately, the Võru family doctor's patient list is currently full, and we are not accepting new patients at the moment.
Please note that as of 11 June 2025, clinical assistants at the Health Centre have taken over answering phone calls from nurses. Therefore, family nurses will no longer make call-backs. You can submit your inquiries via Perearst24
Making an appointment
To see a family doctor or nurse, you need to make an appointment. For this, start the application via the remote service Perearst24.
You can contact the reception by calling +372 782 1197 (Mon – Fri 8.00-18.00). We can receive you only if you have a pre-booked appointment.
Free vaccines
At the health centre, the following groups are eligible for a free flu vaccine:
Pregnant women
Children aged 6 months to 7 years (inclusive)
Children and adolescents aged 7–18 years (inclusive) with underlying health conditions (cardiovascular diseases, cancer, immunodeficiency, diabetes, or obstructive pulmonary disease)
Patients aged 60 and over
Residents of care institutions
We offer a free Covid-19 vaccine to the following groups:
Pregnant women
High-risk children from the age of 12 and adults – more information available from your healthcare provider
Residents of care institutions
Employees of healthcare and welfare institutions
Based on the decision of a healthcare professional

Once you have submitted your application, it will be handled by the medical centre. The family nurse or health analyst will refer it to the most appropriate person according to content and priority. You will be contacted or invited to an appointment as needed.

If you are unable to come to the appointment, please notify us in advance by phone.
In case of an unexpected health issue
If you need advice regarding a health problem outside of working hours, we recommend calling the Family Doctor’s Advice Line at 1220 or +372 6346630. For urgent emergency care, go to the emergency room (EMO) or call an ambulance at 112.
