Kristella Rööpson graduated in Nursing from Tallinn Health Care College and has two years of professional experience in oncology and general surgery departments. She has previously worked as a procedure nurse and an operating theatre assistant, which has given her broad experience in a variety of medical procedures.
Kristella completed her clinical placements in cardiac intensive care and neurosurgery departments, where she developed her skills in monitoring critically ill patients and learned to work quickly, accurately and calmly, even in challenging situations.
In her work, Kristella values a patient-centred and caring approach, empathy, professionalism and creating a sense of safety and reassurance for her patients.
