Dr Taur Lillestik graduated from the University of Tartu in 2022 with a degree in medicine. During his studies, he gained clinical experience working as an assistant doctor in the emergency department, where he gained vast experience in dealing with various urgent medical problems. From this comes his experience and interest in performing various small surgical procedures. In addition, Dr Lillestik has worked in the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Tartu University Hospital, the main focus of which has been the treatment of patients with severe COVID-19 infection in the last few years.
