Clinical Nurse Specialist, Midwife
Specialist Nurse Kristiina Kuusma graduated from Tallinn Health Care College with a degree in midwifery in 2013. In addition, she acquired her specialisation in intensive care at Tartu Health Care College in 2015 and completed a Master’s degree in health sciences at Tallinn Health Care College in 2020. In addition, Kristiina completed a two-year course in conscious breathing in 2017, at the end of which she was awarded a breathing therapist degree. In 2018, an article written by Kristiina entitled ‘Breastfeeding is a natural part of life’ was published, since she is a midwife and breastfeeding is a passionate topic for Kristiina. Since 2013, Kristiina has worked on an ambulance as both a nurse and a brigade leader. In addition, Kristiina has worked in several other professions, such as midwife, breastfeeding counsellor and nursing manager.
