Dr Andre Trudnikov has graduated from the specialty of medical treatment at the University of Tartu (1991), has been working as a surgeon since 1993 and is constantly developing himself professionally. Andre is a member of several professional organisations such as World Surgical Association, Estonian Medical Association, Estonian Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and is a member of board at the Estonian Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. He is an expert in surgically treated gastrointestinal tract diseases and the surgical treatment of obesity. He has broad experience in the field of laparoscopic surgery. Dr Trudnikov is interested in various medical issues such as oncological diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, gastro-esophageal reflux disease, biliary tract and large intestine diseases. From 2005, he has been working extensively with surgical treatment of obesity.
