Confido Home Visit is designed for anyone who wants to solve their health problems in an environment that suits them – at home, at work or elsewhere. It is also important to address children’s health concerns – it is easier to help a sick child at home.

The price of a home visit consists of two parts: the departure fee and the services provided on site. The departure fee is a one-time fee, even if there are several patients in one place. The health examination of a sick child is intended for a child of any age between 0-17 years. The nurse carries out a health check according to the complaints. If a sign of an acute infection is discovered during the visit, the nurse will order the necessary tests, carry out on-site treatment and, if necessary, prescribe a medicine prescription, refer to a test and / or a specialist. After the visit, we will perform a follow-up consultation.
Review will be performed (according to health complaints):
- abdominal palpation and evaluation
- skin examination
- assessment of the mouth and mucous membranes;
- ear check
Health indicators are measured (according to health complaints):
- body temperature
- blood oxygen content (saturation)
- pulse
- blood sugar
- CRV – index blood inflammation
- urine strip test (if possible, collect urine before the visit)
- hemogram – blood test.
Depending on the situation, the doctor will perform initial treatment on site:
- reducing fever
- pain management.
Examples of possible complaints:
- fever, cough, runny nose
- abdominal pain, gas pain, vomiting, diarrhea, urinary problems
- skin rash
- poor appetite
- earache
- sore throat
- unclear behavior (if the child is not yet able to speak – abnormal behavior, wheezing, constant crying)

Ear rinsing helps to remove resin caps from the ear canal. Ear resin is a secretion of glandular and sebaceous glands that protects the ear canal from inflammation, dust and dirt. In most cases, the resin is soft and comes out of the ear by itself. However, if the ear canal is narrow and tortuous and the ear canal is dry and hard, a blockage in the ear canal can occur, which can lead to hearing loss and even ear pain.
The ear canal is gentle and cleaning it at home with a cotton swab can easily damage the ear canal or push the resin deeper.
To rinse the ear, the nurse will:
- do an otoscopic examination of the ear
- rinse with warm water until the resin cap comes out
- examine the ear after rinsing
Important to know:
- 2-3 days before rinsing the ear, we recommend that you use resin-dissolving oils sold in a pharmacies. They make the resin softer, making it easier to rinse off.
- If the resin cap tends to accumulate in the ears repeatedly, we recommend flushing regularly to prevent hearing loss and hearing damage.
- Ear rinsing is a quick and usually painless procedure that takes 15 to 20 minutes.

Wound care is intended for patients who require postoperative wound care, dressing, suture removal or inspection. We also deal with chronic ulcers and their care. If there are acute signs of the disease, the doctor has the opportunity to prescribe tests, perform primary treatment on site, if necessary, a prescription will be issued, a referral to an examination and / or a specialist, we will open an incapacity for work certificate. After the visit, we will perform a follow-up consultation.
Review will be performed (according to health complaints):
- careing and cleaning the wound
- changing wound dressings
- relieve minor signs of inflammation in the wound area
- remove sutures if necessary
- skin inspection

Sexually transmitted diseases (STIs) are sexually transmitted diseases. A very large proportion of STIs are asymptomatic. People often carry and spread pathogens (bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites) without their knowledge. In general, there are diseases that cause ulcers in the genitals (syphilis, genital herpes) and diseases that cause inflammation (chlamydia, trichomoniasis, gonorrhea, etc.) and diseases that are sexually transmitted but cause general illness (HIV infection) or visceral diseases (hepatitis B).
For peace of mind, it’s a good idea to get tested even if you’re feeling well, but you’ve had an accidental unprotected relationship or suspect an infection. If there are signs of STIs, we recommend that you have them tested immediately.
Possible complaints:
- painful urination
- secretion from the penis
- ulcers on and / or around the penis
- blisters on and / or around the penis
- unexplained frequent itching in the genital area
- pain and changes in the anus (difficulty passing stools)
During a home visit, we will take urine and venous blood samples to see if you have been exposed to any of the following conditions:
- chlamydia (C. trachomatis and C. trachomatis LGV)
- trichomoniasis
- gonorrhea (tripper)
- mycoplasmosis (M.genitalium)
- syphilis
- HIV
- hepatitis B
Pre-collected urine stored in a refrigerator at + 2… + 8 ° C for up to 12 hours is suitable for urine sampling. Only a urine sample in a special disposable cup will be accepted, as other containers are not sterile enough. Disposable cups for urine sampling are available at the pharmacy.
It is also possible to collect a urine sample during the visit (we will give a urine cup on site).
To take a urine sample:
- 4 hours must be passed since the last urination
- wash your hands with soap and water before the procedure
- it is advisable to massage the genitals gently before urinating to ensure that the material needed for the test is analyzed
- only an initial 10-20 ml of urine is required for analysis, primary urine droplets are the most important

During the visit, we can take most blood, urine, fecal or other samples for an additional fee. Please add the desired analyzes to the additional information when booking, pass on the information to the customer service when booking by phone.

Reminder for giving tests and specific blood samples
- The day before the blood test, you can eat and drink as usual, but limit your consumption of alcohol, coffee, and fatty foods.
- No food or drinks 10 – 14 hours before the blood test. If necessary, you can drink one glass of clean, unflavoured water during this time.
- You should be awake for at least 1 hour before the blood test.
- Avoid physical and emotional stress, smoking and, if possible, the use of medications in the morning before the blood test.
- It would be best if you sat still for at least 15 minutes before the blood test procedure to stabilize your blood circulation.
- Your mouth should be empty during the procedure and you should not eat, drink or chew.
