About the procedure

The procedure is performed quickly and does not skin. Laser hair removal is practically painless; in most cases, this procedure does not require anaesthesia. Description of the procedure

During the procedure, the patient wears special protective glasses in order to not harm the eyesight. The skin is cleansed of impurities and the products of the sebaceous glands. After the procedure, the health worker, if necessary, will prescribe remedies to treat the armpits and a repeat procedure.

The effect

The laser affects only the hairs in the active growth stage. After the procedure, they fall out. Inactive hair follicles can resume growth over time, so it is recommended to undergo several treatments to achieve the maximum long-term effect. Part of the hair will fall out immediately after the procedure, the other part within the next two to three weeks. With 6-10 laser hair removal procedures, you will get rid of 90% of unwanted armpit hair.

What do you need to know before the procedure?

It is recommended to attend a specialist consultation at Confido Aesthetic Medicine Clinic before the procedure. For three weeks, stop all types of hair removal by pulling in order to avoid damage to the hair follicles (sugaring, tweezers, wax, etc.). Two weeks before the procedure, limit your exposure to the sun and do not visit the solarium. The hair on the armpits should be shaved 24 hours before the procedure (hair length should not exceed 1-2 mm).
